Refund Policy

Rejected deals

Credits are only deducted when a campaign is approved. If your deal is rejected, nothing is charged and your credits remain available for another submission. If you would rather have the money back for a one-off package that was never used, contact us within 14 days of purchase.

Unused one-off packages

One-off packages (Single Deal, Deal Boost, Deal Blast) with no consumed credits can be refunded in full within 14 days of purchase.

Monthly plans

You can cancel at any time and keep using the remaining credits until the end of the current period. We do not refund partial months once any credit has been used in that period. Unused first months can be refunded within 14 days.

Placements that were not delivered

If a placement included in your package cannot be fulfilled (for example the deal expires before a creator can post, or no suitable channel is available), we return the corresponding credits to your account or, on request, refund that portion of the package.

Results

Distribution is a service; we do not refund based on sales, clicks or reach outcomes. Creator-reported figures are self-reported.

How to request a refund

Message us from your dashboard with the order number. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
