Terms of Service

1. Who we are and what we do

PostThisDeal (“we”, “us”) operates a marketplace that lets e-commerce sellers (“Sellers”) submit promotions and purchase distribution, and lets owners of audiences (“Creators”) publish those promotions to their channels. We provide a platform and moderation; we are not the seller of any product and we do not provide product reviews, ratings or verdicts in exchange for payment.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms, the Submission Rules or the Sponsored Content Policy.

3. Seller terms

  • You warrant that every deal you submit is accurate, lawful, that you are authorised to promote it and that it complies with the Submission Rules.
  • Packages grant distribution credits. Credits are consumed when a campaign is approved and are not consumed for rejected deals. Credits from monthly plans expire at the end of each billing period unless stated otherwise.
  • Distribution is a service, not a guarantee of sales, traffic, clicks or any commercial result. Reported reach figures from Creators are self-reported and not verified by us.
  • You may not require, request or reward product reviews, ratings or feedback in connection with a deal.
  • Refunds are handled under the Refund Policy.

4. Creator terms

  • You warrant that you own or administer each channel you register and that its audience figures are truthful.
  • You will label sponsored posts as advertising as required by law (for example “#ad”) and comply with the rules of each platform.
  • Earnings accrue only for placements verified by us. We may withhold or reverse earnings for placements that are removed early, misrepresented or in breach of these Terms.
  • You are an independent contractor responsible for your own taxes.

5. Moderation and content

We may approve, reject, edit, schedule, feature or remove any deal at our discretion. Sellers grant us and participating Creators a non-exclusive licence to display submitted text and images for the purpose of distributing the deal.

6. Fees and payment

Prices are shown before checkout and processed by WooCommerce and your chosen payment provider. Monthly plans renew until cancelled. Creator payouts are made once the minimum payout threshold is reached, less any applicable fees.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The platform is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude all warranties and limit our aggregate liability to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for products purchased from third-party retailers.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms; material changes are announced by email or in your dashboard, and continued use means acceptance. We record the version you accepted and when. Contact: see the Contact page.
