No sign-up needed. Your picture is sent to our AI and image search providers (Anthropic, Google or OpenAI, and SerpApi with Google Lens) to run this search. We don’t save it on our site. Please avoid pictures with private information.
Or shop store images
Pictures come from shopping listings and shops’ product feeds, not from each shop’s own catalogue, so a shop may have more than you see here. Choose one to compare offers.
How to find clothes from a picture
Crop to the piece if you can, and keep it in good light. We describe what we see the way a shop lists it: colour, cut, length, fabric and details. A red-carpet photo leads mostly to articles about the photo, so we search shops for the garment and leave out pages that merely show the picture.
Building your look
Press Build my look and we start a board with the closest piece for each thing we found. Then it’s yours: drag in anything from the shops, move and resize pieces, and watch the total. You can set a budget on the board if you want one. We don’t know what the original outfit cost, so we never quote a saving against it.
Fit and sizes
A photo can’t tell us your size or how something fits, and we don’t guess. Check each shop’s size guide and returns policy, since they differ a lot. When an outfit comes from a photo of someone, that doesn’t mean they wear or endorse these pieces, and we never try to identify people.
Which shops we look at
We search these directly: Amazon, Walmart, Target, and eBay.
We find these through shopping listings, so they appear only when a listing names them: Macy's, Kohl's, Nordstrom Rack, ASOS, H&M, Zara, Gap, Old Navy, Uniqlo, Mango, Revolve, Anthropologie, J.Crew, thredUP, Poshmark, Nordstrom, and Bloomingdale's.
Other fashion shops can appear when they list a match, but shops that sell mainly furniture, electronics or designer goods are left to their own Lenses. No shop pays to be included, and commission plays no part in the order.
How we label results
An exact match is a shop’s own listing with the same barcode you scanned. A likely match states the same brand and model we read from your picture, or was found from your barcode. Similar products look alike but may not be the same thing. Every result comes from a real listing we found, and we never make up products, prices or shops.
Questions
Can it find the exact item?
Rarely with certainty. Clothes seldom show a model number, so most results are similar styles, labelled that way. “Closest in looks” shows shop pages whose pictures look most like yours.
Why are affordable shops first?
Most people searching from a photo want the look for less, so Style Lens stays with everyday fashion shops. Press Show high end to include designer shops, or use Luxury Lens. Within each group, the closest match comes first, not the cheapest.
We may earn a commission when you buy through links on this page, at no extra cost to you. This doesn’t affect how results are ordered. How Lens works, and what it can’t tell you
